This workshop focuses on fair pay, solidarity, and sustainable practices in the Dutch cultural field, while also creating space to exchange experiences and strategies with international contexts. Through collective discussion, participants will reflect on the politics of artist fees, cultural labor, and how solidarity can be enacted across structural and geographic divides.
