After a thorough research and making steps towards a supportive code of conduct, Platform BK appoints Judith Blenken Blijdenstein as an external confidential advisor. While being completely independent from the association, Judith can be reached by members, employees, as well as board members of the association.

If you encounter undesirable or transgressive behaviour in the context and responsibility of Platform BK, such as bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment, abuse of power or intimidation, and you are unable to discuss this with your colleague or another employee, you can call or email Judith.
The context and responsibility of Platform BK applies when the undesirable behaviour occurs during a paid or voluntary work for the association, or during events organised and hosted by the association, or in other situations or relationships for which the association is responsible.

How does the process go?
Once you have called or emailed Judith, together you will set up an appointment to tell your story. She will listen to you, guide you and advise you. This appointment will take place at a location that is convenient for you and is completely confidential. You will then discuss all the options, and she can advise you on those. Judith will guide you through the process, but you are in control.
