With great pleasure and excitement, we welcome Saskia Haverkamp as the new secretary of board at Platform BK.

Saskia Haverkamp has a background in art history, cultural studies, and political science. After gaining experience at both government institutions and museums, she chose to work more closely with artistic practices. She has now been working for several years at Stroom Den Haag, where she is committed to the arts field in The Hague and to local visual artists, through financial support, coaching trajectories, and studio visits. Together with colleagues, she established an employee representation body at Stroom and advises on employment conditions, HR policy, and other organisation-wide matters.
