What are the causes of the precarity in the arts sector? How can we improve this uncertainty through solidarity?
We would like to invite you to our upcoming workshop on solidarity in artistic biotope on Friday 28 of April, from 15:00 — 19:00 at IMPAKT in Utrecht.
The workshop is for artist and art workers and is part of the IMPAKT exhibition Out of Office, curated by Marijn Bril.
During the workshop On Solidarity in the Artistic Biotope, you will learn how this socioeconomic position can be improved collectively.
This workshop is a collaboration between IMPAKT and Platform BK. Led by Koen Bartijn and Harriet Morley, you will work on individual and group assignments. You will gain insight into the causes of the precarity in the arts sector, and will learn how to use this knowledge as an emancipatory force.
